Ohio State on a Football Stadium can be a confusing place. Many parking lots on campus require a specific parking pass, and those that don't typically are full after 8:00 am. Your best bet is to park on West Campus, and walk into the stadium area. This area also has options for you to ride a bus to the stadium.
Another option would be to drive around the campus housing areas, and find a house offering yard parking. To get the layout of the parking situation, you can visit Ohio State's website for "GameDay Experience.
